Bovag rijschool VVA in Almere garandeert zekerheid en betrouwbaarheid!

Dat geldt ook voor onze rijschool. Rijscholen die bij BOVAG zijn aangesloten moeten voldoen aan strenge kwaliteiteisen en de BOVAG-gedragscode. Deze kwaliteit wordt
gewaarborgd door een driejaarlijkse inspectie door een onafhankelijk instituut. Voldoet de rijschool weer aan de norm, dan mag hij weer drie jaar het BOVAG-logo voeren.

Als de kwaliteit om wat voor reden dan ook tegenvalt of erontstaat een conflict tussen jou en onze rij-instructeur dan kun je, als je er samen met onze rijschool niet uitkomt, een beroep doen op het
ANWB/BOVAG Bemiddelingsbureau. De onafhankelijke deskundigen van dit bureau zullen proberen om samen met jou en de rijschool tot een oplossing te komen.

Bovag garantiefonds

Mocht de rijschool onverhoopt falliet gaan, dan zorgt het fonds ervoor dat je je betaalde rijlessen en examen's bij een andere Bovagrijschool kunt afmaken, zonder verdere kosten!
